This privacy policy sets out how 'High Scream Games' uses and protects any personal information that we collect. If you wish to contact us about this data you can do so by accessing the game and using the 'report a bug' tool to communicate with us.

By creating a game account and accessing this game you are agreeing to a contract where we provide you with a service, we lawfully collect and process data based on us providing this contract/service to you. In order for you to be able to login to and use this game and in order to prevent any cheating within the game, all of the data we collect is necessary. Without providing this data you would not be able to access this game and we would not be able to ensure other game members are protected from cheating. Should we collect any data that is not necessary to access and use this game, we will request your consent beforehand and lawfully collect and process that data based on your consent, for example if we were to send you game notifications which updated you on your teams activity, we would request your consent before sending such notifications.

Your Information
We may collect the following information:

'Manager' Name and 'Manager' Nationality: Collected when you set-up your game account and used to display your manager details within the game.

Email: Collected when you set-up your game account and if you complete a purchase. This is only used to contact you regarding your account, for example should you forget your account password or if your account may be deleted due to inactivity or regarding a fault or transaction. We do not send any marketing emails. Your email is also used for you to login to your account.

Password: Collected when you set-up your game account and is used for you to login to your account

Location: Collected when you access the game. This is used to display correct location based information, such as displaying the correct currency.

Mobile Number: Collected if you use your mobile phone to purchase any items we sell. This is used to identify any transaction you complete with your mobile phone.

Technical details, such as your IP address: Collected if you report a technical fault and when you access the game. Used to resolve any technical faults you report and used to prevent any cheating within the game.

Players tend to come back to Pitch Side Manager after long periods of time away from the game. Your personal data will be stored after you leave the game so that should you return we can identify you and restore your past game achievements. If you are leaving the game and wish for your data to be removed along with your game account, please access the game and contact us using the 'Report a bug' tool and we will happily remove your data.

We do not use cookies to store personal information, however we do use cookies to record statistics, such as how many people visit the game. These cookies do not store information that can be used to identify you as an individual.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Third Parties
Our application may contain links to enable you to visit third parties. We do not have any control over what data third parties collect. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such third parties and such third parties are not governed by this privacy policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the third party in question.
